Your first visit

  1. We listen

About 15 minutes on what's going on, what makes it worse and what you want to get back to.

  2. We assess

We look at how you move, test strength and find where the problem is coming from.

  3. You leave with a plan

Treatment on the day, two or three exercises to do at home and a clear idea of what comes next.

Questions

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. If you are claiming on insurance, your insurer may ask for one, so check with them first.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in. For knee or hip problems, shorts are useful. There is a changing room.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. Most people need between two and five, and we tell you our estimate at the first visit.

What if I need to cancel?

Move or cancel up to 24 hours before at no cost. Later than that, we charge half the session price.
